Your new company: We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate support workers to provide care to a range of service users and support them with their needs.

We are based in Ammanford, providing 24/7 care to our service users.

This could include those with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviour.

Your new role:

In the role of support worker, you will be providing support to a range of ages and personalities, promoting their individuality, and enabling them to live in-line with their support plans.

As part of this role, you will be involved in social, educational, and work activities to help promote the residents' social, emotional, cultural, and physical well-being.

There are elements of personal care within the role, as well as general housekeeping and domestic duties.

Shifts for this role are waking nights only.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Experience is not required as training will be provided.
  • It is important that you are passionate about supporting people, are flexible and can adapt in response to a range of situations.
  • You must be able to use a caring approach to build trust and strong relationships.
