Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Female Waking Night Support Worker for a supported living home in Harston, Cambridgeshire. This part-time role (10 hours/week) offers a £14.66 per hour rate, with a pro‑rata welcome bonus of up to £1,000 and a valid UK driving licence required.

You will work in a two-person team, supporting four individuals aged late 20s–50s, providing nocturnal care, medication and safety. Training is provided to handle PEG needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing care or support to people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people.
• Ability to work waking night shifts and handle personal care, medication and health needs with training provided.
• Commitment to high-quality, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in a respectful, dignified way.
• Administer medication (training provided).
• Carry out regular observations.
• Support PEG-fed individuals and special health needs.
• Complete light household tasks to prepare for the next day.
