Many of the young people you'll support may be autistic, non-verbal, have ADHD, ASC, epilepsy, Down syndrome or global developmental delay. Nights can be unpredictable and they rely on adults who can stay calm, patient, and reassuring when routines change or anxieties rise.
Your role as a Waking Night Coach (Support Worker) is to keep the home safe, offer stability, and provide comfort and consistency throughout the night.
