A leading children's charity in Coalville is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to join their new Mental Health Residential Home. This role involves building trusting relationships with children and young people, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Relevant experience in a children's home setting.
• Must be willing to achieve Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and develop nurturing relationships with service users.
• Collaborate with parents/carers and other professionals.
• Contribute to the upkeep of the home including cooking and cleaning.
• Document information accurately and maintain records.
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Promote and maintain a safe environment at all times.
