Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking a female Support Worker to assist five adults with learning disabilities and autism in a friendly home environment. You will provide personal care, support with medications, meals and daily activities, while promoting independence and confidence.

The role requires a manual driving licence and involves flexible shifts including nights. Dimensions offers career progression, training and a supportive workplace.

Job description

You'll support five adults (three men and two women) with learning disabilities and autism in a friendly, active home. The people you support enjoy music, movies, crafts, swimming, outdoor trips, hands-on cooking and social activities. Your responsibilities will include personal care, medication, manual handling, meal prep, emotional support and maintaining a welcoming environment. You'll help people build confidence, express themselves and live meaningful everyday lives. We are looking for support workers confident to drive transit sized vehible.

Shift Patterns

• Waking Night Shifts : 09:30pm - 07:30am


• Set Shifts on Thursday, Friday and Sunday, As Disability Confident Leaders, we guarantee to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy - Dimensions has been awarded this symbol by Jobcentre Plus to recognise our commitment towards the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled employees.
