A supportive care organization in the UK is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to assist adults with dual diagnoses, promoting independence and providing care during the night. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines, facilitating skills development, and ensuring healthcare needs are met. We support adults who have a dual diagnosis of Autism or a mild Learning Disability, our aim is to promote independence and positive experiences. Staff support our residents to manage and learn to accept themselves as autistic individuals with their own unique set of strengths as well as any struggles they face. In a setting where verbal communication may be limited, observing the smiles and positive body language of the people supported holds profound significance. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be involved in the day‑to‑day support and routine of the people within the service including:
Keys Group supports over 2,500 individuals across England and Wales through its three divisions: Accomplish, providing specialist residential, supported living, and accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and brain injuries; Keys, offering education and care for children and families through schools, children’s homes, supported accommodation, and family assessment centres; and Peak, delivering indoor and outdoor adventure activities across four UK centres, including bespoke education programmes and confidence‑building activities like bushcraft, climbing, and canoeing.
