Job summary

Achieve Together Limited is hiring a Waking Night Support Worker to assist residents during the night, promoting safety and comfort through attentive care and companionship. You will support daytime routines and assist with activities in the evening, ensuring a calm and secure overnight environment.

The role offers flexible part-time night shifts with full training provided and opportunities to develop skills within social care.

Qualifications

Although it would be beneficial to have some experience in healthcare, it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
