A leading charity for support in Trowbridge, Wiltshire is looking for a Waking Night Support Worker. This part-time role (30 hours/week) involves supporting residents with needs overnight. Ideal candidates should be positive, caring, and willing to learn communication methods to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are looking for reliable and motivated Waking Night Support Workers to join our small service in Trowbridge, Wiltshire!
This is a Part Time role, 30 hours per week for £13.00 per hour (inclusive of allowances). The role involves working alongside our current Waking Night Staff to support our residents with any needs overnight. Shifts are 9:30pm - 7:30am, varying over a two week rolling rota and can be further discussed at interview.
We support activities from day to day things like washing and cleaning to swimming, visiting places of interest, day trips, theatre/cinema visits and exploring the beautiful countryside on our doorstep plus much more.
Support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. Your priority will be empowering the people you support to live an independent life.
