We are looking for reliable and motivated Waking Night Support Workers to join our small service in Trowbridge, Wiltshire!

This is a Part Time role, 30 hours per week for £13.00 per hour (inclusive of allowances). The role involves working alongside our current Waking Night Staff to support our residents with any needs overnight. Shifts are 9:30pm - 7:30am, varying over a two week rolling rota and can be further discussed at interview.

We support activities from day to day things like washing and cleaning to swimming, visiting places of interest, day trips, theatre/cinema visits and exploring the beautiful countryside on our doorstep plus much more.

We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:

  • Have a good understanding of supporting people with complex needs
  • Some knowledge of BSL and other communication methods

This role in Trowbridge, Wiltshire might include supporting people with:
  • Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning, and general checks completed at night
