£28,808.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

What you’ll do
  • Behaviour Analysis – observe and monitor the customer's behaviours, the duration, the intensity and the damage, and factors that may alleviate or trigger the behaviour.
  • Collaborate with different support organisations in the community.
  • Present and give feedback to other professionals in a formal setting.
  • Report possible cases of abuse, neglect or endangerment appropriately.
  • Participate in the review and design of behavioural intervention plans.
  • Implement behaviour support plans.
Other Responsibilities
  • Deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs; where necessary this may include personal and physical care.
  • Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, providing practical assistance so they enjoy a high‑quality accommodation.
  • Participate in support planning and risk management, as facilitated by the lead Support Worker.
  • Carry out security duties to ensure the safety of the customers and premises.
  • Enable customers to make full use of community facilities by providing support as directed.
