Silver Birch Care Ltd is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support children and young people in Benecare. You will help them grow, develop, and achieve positive outcomes in a safe, nurturing home environment.

As a Residential Care Worker, you will support daily routines, build trusting relationships, and contribute to care plans while promoting independence and emotional wellbeing. The role includes shift work, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people (preferred).
• Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Children’s Residential Care Worker Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)

Pay: Salary of £28,121 per annum

About the Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment

• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing

• Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
