A charitable organization is seeking a Waking Night Bank Support Worker in Skegness. Responsibilities include delivering care and support to enhance the independence of individuals with learning disabilities. Candidates should be compassionate, flexible, and willing to undertake personal care. We are looking for motivated, caring and compassionate people to join our Bank team of support staff in Skegness specifically as a Waking Night Support. You will be delivering care and support to enhance the independence skills of people with learning disabilities, whilst giving them choice and control over their own lives. As well as supporting in the day-to-day aspects of daily life, you will support people to pursue their interests.
We welcome applications from people who work in other areas of the care sector (such as elderly care) or those with no experience of care. Your previous experience is not as important as sharing our values and being able to demonstrate them, as well your desire to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.
In the Bank Support Role we are not obliged to offer you hours nor are you obliged to take any hours offered.
