Job summary

Prezzo Italian is looking for a Front of House Team Member to welcome guests, take orders and ensure every visit feels memorable. You’ll be the friendly face that helps guests feel at home and support the team across our UK venues.

No prior hospitality experience is required—full training is provided. We offer staff meals, strong discounts, a pension, life assurance and wellbeing support to help you thrive in a busy, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience is not essential; we’ll provide full training.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them, taking care of their needs.
• Assist in taking orders and communicating with kitchen and bar.

The role

As a Front of House Team Memberat Prezzo Italian, you're the first smile guests see and the reason they comeback. You welcome, you recommend, you look after every table, and you make itlook easy.

What you'll be responsible for

Delivering exceptionalhospitality

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
• Know the menu and recommend dishes and drinks with realenthusiasm.
• Take orders accurately, including allergen and dietaryrequests, following our procedures every time.
• Keep an eye on every table so guests have what theyneed before they ask.
• Make every guest's first and last impression one theyremember.

Being part of the team

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar so every plateand drink goes out right.
• Help your teammates when it gets busy.
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready for guests.
• Handle payments accurately and with care.
