The Clermont Victoria in London is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to provide frontline guest service, serve food and drinks, take orders and clear tables. You’ll have opportunities to personalize experiences and work across departments to broaden your hospitality skills.

The Clermont Victoria is a stunning city centre venue close to many of London's famous landmarks and on the periphery of the busiest train station in Europe. This 345 bedroom hotel has recently undergone a £20m transformation and is a luxury 4 star deluxe hotel.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you’ll be at the forefront of guest interaction, serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables. But it’s more than just that—you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your guests personally, taking the necessary steps to personalize their experiences and foster loyalty. A genuine passion for quality service is essential, and your attention to detail will help ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

In this role, you’ll also have the chance to enhance your skills through multiskilling, occasionally working across different departments. We believe this flexibility allows our team members to adapt and grow within the hotel, making a positive impact on both guests and colleagues.
