Marston’s is hiring Waiting teammates to join our friendly pubs in Weston-super-Mare. Be the face of our venues, delivering great service, taking orders, and upselling food and drinks. You’ll work in a vibrant, supportive team and gain skills in hospitality, marketing, and operations while earning money.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or an experienced server, you’ll be encouraged to progress and explore broader career opportunities within our pubs, hotels, and central teams.
