Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers invites applications for Team Members to join our Village Inn venues. You will warmly welcome guests, deliver excellent service, and assist in kitchen and bar areas as needed. The role offers training and autonomy in a supportive team environment.

You’ll work in a community-focused pub group known for traditional dining, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and teamwork across brands.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and friendly demeanor are essential.
• Team orientation and ability to work across roles in a busy pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and look after guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Support the kitchen with food preparation and presentation when needed.
