Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking Waiting Staff to deliver memorable experiences for guests. You will greet diners, recommend menu items, and ensure every guest receives warm, attentive service in a friendly, team-oriented pub environment.

Responsibilities include serving food and assisting the bar with drinks, while maintaining a safe and clean front of house. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn are essential for growth within our brand.

Job Description

As Waiting Staff, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit


• Know the menu inside out, offering recommendations to customers


• Greet, serve food, and look after our customers whilst they dine with us


• Assist the bar in preparing drinks that meets specs and customer expectations


• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
