Job summary

Browns Bluewater, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is looking for waiting staff to warmly welcome guests and deliver exceptional service while serving food and drinks. You’ll help create memorable experiences across our Browns Brasserie and Bar location at Bluewater, contributing to a busy, energetic team in a classic British dining setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or waiting staff experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible with shifts and able to work evenings and weekends.

As Waiting Staff at Browns Bluewater, you will give a warm welcome and excellent service to everyone who visits, serving food and drink to our guests that keeps them coming back through our doors.
