A vibrant Indian restaurant in Westminster is seeking waiting staff to lead sections with precision and charm. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of customer service standards. Minimal experience in a table service restaurant is preferred. The restaurant offers benefits including training, free staff meals, and discounts. This full-time position involves a minimum of 30-35 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns including evenings and weekends.

This exciting Grand Brasserie is located in the 1873 historic Criterion Restaurant building - opposite the iconic Eros Fountain, the heart of London.
We unusually combine a panoramic range of proper Indian food - pioneering street food, thalis (the balanced family platters), flavourful grills, regional curries, biryanis - as well as brunch & afternoon tea
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, and knowledge of Indian Food is a bonus but is not essential. We will provide extensive food training, so if you are curious, we want to hear from you!

6.30 am to 2.30 pm breakfast and lunch
11.30 am to 11.30 pm lunch and dinner shifts
