We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join our Scheduling Service team in this challenging and demanding, yet rewarding role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking colleague to join our procedure booking and theatre scheduling team, based at Preston Business Centre.
You will be responsible for managing the waiting lists and theatre schedules of individual consultants, with strict adherence to Trust protocols, being aware of the need for confidentiality and integrity. You will also be required to work with all our clinical service departments to ensure the delivery of the 18 week referral to treatment pathways.
You will have excellent communication, leadership, operational and inter-personal skills and must have in-depth knowledge and experience of the Trust's Waiting List booking processes and the systems that support this function along with PTL management and most importantly, Flex and IT expertise.
You will understand theatre capacity and demand issues across your specialties as you will be liaising on a regular basis with clinicians and mangers to ensure provision of an efficient and high quality service. You will ensure adherence to corporate data quality and information governance.
