John and his team are the masters at uniting fresh, locally grown produce with farm-raised, wild-caught seafood and farm assured meats to make the freshest and most delicious dishes.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Waiter / Waitress to join the restaurant team.

As Waiter / Waitress you will need experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flair for hospitality are essential
