Job summary

The Wharf, Castlefield, hosted by Brunning & Price Limited, is seeking a Christmas temporary waiter/waitress to deliver exceptional service in a busy pub environment.

Basic pay up to £12.71 per hour plus tronc, paid overtime, and cash tips. Fixed term contract from November to January 2nd 2027, with full time and part time hours available. Applicants should be able to work at least two of the four key dates during Christmas.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food and beverage is advantageous but not required.
• You will be serving customers during a busy festive period and must maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve guests in a fast-paced Christmas period setting.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and stock during shifts.

Your Bread and Butter

About you...

Youhave a natural ability to look after people and make them happy and like us,you’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter,bar tender, barista or food and beverage assistant ideally in a pub, restaurant, hotelorbar would be helpful but isn’t essential.

More importantly, you’re hands on with a positive attitude. You’ll bring your life experience to help keep a busy shift calm and collected whilst ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
