Responsibilities
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. They are the face of the restaurant and play a key role in guest satisfaction.
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
