The Pem restaurant is named after Emily Wilding Davidson, a prominent suffragette. The name 'Pem' was her family's affectionate nickname for her. We are proud to dedicate The Pem to strong women leading from the front.

Located in the heart of Westminster, an area rich in British history and female figures who have played an integral role, we are committed to promoting the career progression of women in hospitality.

The Requirements

We are seeking individuals to join us at The Pem with the following attributes:

• Previous experience in fine dining or accolade-winning restaurants (preferred)

• Representing The Pem and adhering to our service standards and procedures
• Maintaining product knowledge to deliver the highest guest experience
• Helping to keep the workplace clean and organized, following set-up and breakdown procedures
