About the Restaurant

The Restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, the village has its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar and luxury suites. Audley villages comprises of owners, who permanently reside on site within their own private homes but also host external customers. From the simple to the finest cuisine, beautiful settings in heritage buildings and, of course, the very best people. Responsibilities


  • Ensure Audley Owners and External Customers have the highest quality of service and experience

  • Take reservations, seat guests, advise on the menu, serve afternoon tea, promote the village and our luxury spa, and share a joke with regulars

  • Help service guest suites, answer owners' enquiries, keep an eye on stock levels, set up for special events, and keep everything scrupulously clean


Qualifications


  • Previous experience in hospitality and handling cash (preferably)

  • Taking pride in everything you do

  • A 'can do' attitude and an organised approach that ensures things get done

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self‑motivated and driven by standards and sales opportunities

  • Eager to learn and develop

  • Hands‑on and flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns

  • Warm, professional and empathetic, as well as smartly turned out
