Job summary

The Royal Foresters in Ascot is seeking a waiter/waitress to join our front-of-house team. You will deliver high standards of service in a busy environment, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience during peak periods, including Ascot Week.

We offer a competitive hourly wage with tips, plus perks such as meals on shift and staff discounts. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent guest service and upselling skills.
• Willingness to learn menu and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a friendly approach.

About you...

Youhave a natural ability to look after people and make them happy and like us,you’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter,bar tender, barista or food and beverage assistant ideally in a pub, restaurant, hotelorbar would be helpful but isn’t essential.

More importantly, you’re hands on with a positive attitude. You’ll bring your life experience to help keep a busy shift calm and collected whilst ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
