We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our London St Paul's location.

Key Responsibilities of the Waiter/Waitress:

  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked service area.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions.
  • Understand dietary requirements and allergens and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

  • Previous experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting.
