• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring correct orders are delivered.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues or requests.
• Handle payments, process bills, and manage POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., desserts, beverages).
