• Previous experience in hospitality (waitress/waiter, bartender, barista, food & beverage assistant) is helpful but not essential.
• Ability to handle busy shifts calmly while ensuring customer satisfaction.

About you

You have a natural ability to look after people and make them happy. You’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality (waitress/waiter, bartender, barista or food & beverage assistant in a pub, restaurant, hotel or bar) is helpful but not essential. You’re hands‑on, positive and can keep a busy shift calm and collected while ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
