What Will You Be Doing

• Greeting guests and providing attentive, professional table service
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving dishes and beverages to brand standards
• Preparing tables, resetting stations, and keeping service areas clean and organised
• Handling guest queries, requests, and feedback with professionalism
• Working as part of a team to deliver smooth and memorable dining experiences

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a guest-facing role is beneficial but not essential
• A passion for hospitality and great customer service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
