A Waiter at Emberwood will be confident in delivering the required service level to the guests and taking instruction from the Head Waiters and Management team to ensure quality and dedicated service. They should be able to work confidently as part of a team and assist in helping direct the more Junior members of the team in being prepared for service.
They should have at least 1 year of experience in hospitality, but it is essential they are guest focused with a positive mindset, proactive and helpful. Understanding what a fast-paced restaurant looks like is ideal to ensure they pick up the skills and training quickly and efficiently to ensure the guest receives the best service.
