Gilpin Spice is a bold, beautiful, and buzzing restaurant inspired by the flavours of the Spice Trail – from India to Malaysia, Thailand to Japan. Set within the stunning grounds of Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, our Michelin recommended open‑kitchen theatre and vibrant interiors create a truly immersive dining experience.

We’re looking for a charismatic, attentive, and energetic Waiter to join our award‑winning team. You’ll be the face of Gilpin Spice, delivering exceptional service with warmth, flair, and precision.

Your role as Waiter

• Collaborates with chefs and colleagues to ensure seamless service.

Salary

From £25,480 to £27,560

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.
