About the Role

We are looking sfor a passionate and experienced Waiter to join our team in The Dining Room.

In this role, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring every guest receives warm, professional service and leaves with a lasting impression. Whether it's a leisurely breakfast or a celebratory dinner, you'll play an essential role in delivering a polished, personal experience from beginning to end.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, personalised service that creates memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Confidently manage your own section, maintaining flow, timing, and exceptional service standards throughout service.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our seasonal menus, ingredients, and wine pairings to confidently guide and inspire guests.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail in your section and throughout the restaurant.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient service while fostering a supportive and respectful working environment.
• Anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations with thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality
• Embrace feedback and development opportunities to continuously improve and grow within the role.
