Poolhouse Global Limited in London is seeking an enthusiastic Waiter to join our Floor team at London Liverpool Street. You will deliver warm, precise service, take orders, make drink recommendations, and help guests celebrate occasions with energy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Poolhouse experience.
• Take food and drink orders with accuracy, efficiency, and style.
• Make recommendations confidently and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure prompt delivery of items and check back at the right moments.
• Clear and reset tables with speed and attention to hygiene standards.
• Operate POS and handheld ordering devices with ease.
• Keep your section clean, tidy, and guest‑ready at all times.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and floor teams.
• Be proactive in solving guest queries or issues with a calm, can‑do attitude.
• Support team members during busy periods or shift changes.
• Help create a relaxed, upbeat environment through pace, positivity, and professionalism.

As a Waiter at Poolhouse, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences through seamless service, playful interaction, and great attention to detail. Whether you’re recommending drinks, taking orders, or making sure a celebration goes smoothly, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest journey.
