Overview

My client with legal teams which have been acknowledged for their expertise and excellent client service by The Legal 500, Chambers UK and Chambers HNW, respected guides to the legal profession are now seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Vulnerable Client team based in their Canterbury office.

You will be working within a highly respected and established Vulnerable Client team dealing with a varied caseload of Vulnerable Client matters but predominantly with wills for vulnerable clients including Advance Directives, probate for those clients and advising on and preparing and registering powers of attorney. There will also be some Court of Protection work and management of affairs matters as well as a possibility to expand knowledge in terms of care fee funding work and NHS Continuing Healthcare Claims.

You will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and be organised with the ability to prioritise your workload in return you can expect hybrid working together with a strong salary & benefits package.
