Job summary

SSEN Distribution, part of the SSE group, is seeking a Vulnerability Implementation Manager to lead the Personal Resilience Plan programme, providing personal battery back-ups and power cut plans to customers who need extra support.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to roll out 20,000 batteries, identify process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction, overseeing budgeting and reporting. This is an 18-month fixed-term, full-time role with a 50% office requirement.

Qualifications

• Understanding of customer vulnerability and Priority Services.
• Excellent communication and ability to brief senior managers clearly.
• Experience delivering programmes and improving processes.
• Strong relationship-building with partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing budgets or commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction in the end-to-end battery process.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Create and manage reporting for the programme.
• Analyze data for internal and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee external telephony agents and ensure performance metrics.
