A leading technology and services provider in the UK is seeking a Vulnerability Management Team Leader to oversee a team specializing in vulnerability management. The role involves leading the team, ensuring effective remediation of vulnerabilities, and driving service improvements. Location: UK CC Offices (Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Hatfield). Additional comments: Due to client and role requirements, we are seeking applicants with Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) along with strong team leader and vulnerability management experience and the ability to travel between Computacenter offices.
The Team Leader role for the Vulnerability Management team will oversee the people on the team and their delivery and coordination of vulnerability management for our vulnerability management customers. This role requires interfacing Digital Infrastructure, ITIL, Security, Customer Delivery Leadership and Product Develop teams amongst other areas to ensure seamless service integration, collaboration, stakeholder management, proactive risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. As well as leading the team, there will be a partially hands‑on approach to assisting with the delivery of vulnerability management services, due to the continual development of the service. The team plays a critical role in safeguarding our customers' systems. You will be supporting and assisting the team in identifying and assessing vulnerabilities across customer supported products, ensuring timely remediation following our industry‑aligned vulnerability lifecycle management process.
