Qualifications

• Previous experience of 3rd Line support in an Infrastructure support team.
• Experience working with Cloud Technologies such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience running a vulnerability management program including scanning and patching.
• Understanding of exposure vs criticality.
• Must manage internal IT, business, and supplier stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities across critical business systems.
• Research emerging threats to improve security posture.
• Provide metrics and insights to leadership aligning activities with governance.

Skills

3rd Line support experience

Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS)

Vulnerability management program knowledge

Windows Server knowledge

Linux knowledge

Excellent communication skills
