Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Vulnerability Analyst to strengthen its cybersecurity across global retail, digital, and enterprise environments. You will identify security weaknesses, assess risk, and help remediate findings in collaboration with technical and operational teams.

Reporting to the SecOps Manager, you’ll coordinate vulnerability testing, translate findings into business risk, and support monitoring and incident response when needed, contributing to a reduced attack surface and improved

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role with vulnerability management across enterprise, cloud, and/or retail environments.
• Hands-on experience conducting vulnerability assessments using scanning tools and security platforms.
• Strong communication skills and experience building relationships across departments.
• Ability to produce clear documentation of findings, risks and remediation actions.
• Security related qualification are desirable but not necessary for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the vulnerability management programme across enterprise, cloud, and retail environments.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments using scanning tools, security platforms, and threat intelligence sources.
• Analyse and triage vulnerabilities, prioritising remediation based on risk, exploitability, and business impact.
• Coordinate operational penetration testing activities, including scheduling, scoping, and tracking remediation.
• Ensure penetration testing results are documented, prioritised, and fed into remediation workflows.
• Monitor and report on vulnerability status, risks, and remediation progress to stakeholders.
• Support incident response activities by identifying root-cause vulnerabilities and contributing to remediation actions.
• Identify attack paths and systemic weaknesses; apply MITRE ATT&CK and CVSS frameworks.
