Oxford Health is recruiting an Assistant Psychologist to work on two innovative projects across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The role combines workforce development activities with a pilot programme delivering Virtual Reality interventions for people experiencing psychosis, offering exposure to clinical and research settings.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, support referrals, assess suitability for VR, and contribute to data collection and evaluation across the Trust.

Aufgaben

• Support the Psychological Professions Workforce Lead with workforce development projects, communications, data collection and analysis, and CPD/training initiatives across the Trust.
• Assist in the delivery of the VR programme for psychosis, including managing referrals, assessing suitability, and contributing to training and intervention delivery.
• Contribute to the local delivery of the gameChange VR implementation study across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
