Who You Are

Galaxy is seeking a highly motivated VP, Strategy & Corporate Development to join our dynamic team. This role sits at the heart of our growth engine, where strategic planning, deal execution, and long‑term value creation converge. You will play a key role in analyzing, structuring, and supporting execution of investments and acquisitions across our business units, with a focus on digital assets, data centers, and emerging infrastructure trends.

What You’ll Do
Acquisitions and Strategic Investments
  • Support and manage the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, including investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures
  • Drive end‑to‑end transaction processes on behalf of the company, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, deal negotiation, and integration planning
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and firmwide corporate functions (including Finance, Legal, Operations, People and Tech organizations) to ensure comprehensive transaction assessments across all areas of expected firm involvement
  • Evaluate new opportunities and provide oversight for existing strategic investments, monitoring performance, preparing updates, and making recommendations to leadership
  • Contribute to post‑acquisition integration efforts, tracking key milestones, synergies, and capital allocation performance
  • Analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics across the digital asset and data center ecosystems to provide insights for team and firm leadership
  • Prepare executive‑ and board‑level materials related to proposed transactions and initiatives emerging from Strategy & Corporate Development projects
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a corporate strategy/corporate development role
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with operational precision
  • High proficiency in financial modeling, due diligence, business case development, and strategic analysis
  • Strong communication skills with experience preparing materials for senior leadership
  • Passion for digital assets, fintech, infrastructure, and the evolving digital economy
