Job summary

State Street Corporation in London seeks a Vice President to lead delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives for Global Delivery, partnering with senior leaders across business, operations, technology, finance and HR to design, coordinate and execute programs that boost performance and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8–12+ years leading strategic initiatives, transformation programs, or business management in financial services or a global organization.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects with executive-level visibility.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in asset servicing, banking, investment management, or financial operations preferred.
• Familiarity with agile delivery, change management and strategic planning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Lead or support a portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned to organizational priorities.
• Translate executive objectives into structured programs, workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and drive execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ensure strategic initiatives deliver expected business benefits within agreed timelines and budgets.
