Role purpose: The Vice President of Strategic Deals is a global executive role reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), responsible for defining, leading, and governing the execution of complex, high-value cybersecurity transactions across the globe. Based in the UK, the VP partners with regional sales leaders, legal, finance, product, and executive leadership to shape strategic deal structures that align to growth goals, accelerate global sales velocity, and ensure commercial discipline. This leader is accountable for scaling strategic deal frameworks, mentoring sales leadership, and acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team on enterprise deal posture and risk.
