ABR Talent l Customer Success Recruitment for Start-up & Scale-up SaaS businesses is seeking a senior Customer Success leader in the UK. You will define the scaled CS operating model, coach two CSMs and drive strategic talks with customers, keeping renewal and expansion at the forefront.

You will lead executive conversations, ensure data-driven health signals guide actions, and partner with Sales and Product teams to maximise ARR growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Customer Success teams within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record managing scaled or high-volume customer portfolios.
• Commercial mindset with focus on outcomes that protect and grow revenue.
• Credible to influence senior stakeholders and challenge customers constructively.
• Data-led approach using health, engagement and adoption metrics to prioritise activity.
• Coaching mentality developing others while leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop two Customer Success Managers.
• Own strategy, health and performance of a £4-5M ARR portfolio.
• Deliver executive meetings, webinars and strategic business reviews.
• Partner with Account Management to maximise retention and renewals.
• Use health and usage data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Digital CS and Data Analytics to improve journeys.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex customer situations.
