Job summary

Sofina Foods is seeking a visionary VP, Retail Sales to own and grow a major UK retail unit from its Malton base. You will shape strategy, lead a high-performing team and manage a large, established customer portfolio to deliver sustained growth across categories.

In this key leadership role you’ll drive revenue, margin and strategic partnerships with retailers, while collaborating with operations and innovation to ensure customer-led solutions and long-term value for Sofina’s European retail

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Proven track record with UK major retail accounts.
• Strong financial and forecasting capability.
• Credible relationship builder at senior customer level.
• Leader able to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial strategy for the business unit.
• Lead revenue, margin and profit with full P&L accountability.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with major retailers.
• Shape customer joint business plans with clear commercial intent.
• Develop and motivate a multi-disciplinary commercial team.
• Own forecasting, budgeting and planning cycles.
• Collaborate with operations, technical and innovation teams.
