Responsibilities

• Establish and run governance routines for the Regulatory Reporting organization.
• Track progress against tasks, identify resource constraints, and surface risks and issues.
• Maintain management information for senior stakeholders, including status, metrics, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional working groups to coordinate regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Drive RWA optimization themes and manage PSCM/NBIA change processes.
• Define working group charters, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate alignment between Finance, Risk, Treasury, Technology, Data, and LOB stakeholders.
• Document outcomes and translate them into actionable plans.
• Contribute to onboarding and handover processes for new regulatory delivery.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for LOB engagement on regulatory reporting topics.
• Plan and run LOB forums, maintain action trackers, and coordinate follow-ups.
