As we scale globally, we’re searching for a visionary VP Regulatory & Compliance to lead our regulatory, compliance, privacy, and quality efforts — and help ensure we remain a trusted partner in transforming how clinical trials operate.

This is a unique opportunity to build and own Trialbee’s global regulatory framework, influence enterprise-wide systems, and partner directly with leaders across product, engineering, security, customer delivery, and commercial teams. Your Impact

As VP Regulatory & Compliance, you will guide Trialbee’s efforts across regulatory alignment, privacy governance, quality systems, and risk management. You will work closely with teams across the organization and contribute to a culture where compliance enables innovation and growth.

Lead Regulatory & Clinical Compliance

• Shape and evolve Trialbee’s global regulatory and compliance strategy
• Promote alignment with GDPR, HIPAA, ePrivacy, and emerging health data frameworks
• Ensure our technology and operations meet high standards of regulatory and ethical conduct
• Represent Trialbee in client audits and regulatory discussions
• Champion compliance-by-design across products and workflows

Advance Privacy, Data Protection & Policy Governance

• Build a scalable, transparent privacy governance program
• Oversee participant-facing privacy notices and study-specific privacy needs
• Support documentation accuracy, version control, and lifecycle processes
• Guide DPO responsibilities and collaborate on DPIAs, risk reviews, and incident response

Strengthen Quality Assurance & QMS

• Lead the evolution of Trialbee’s Quality Management System
• Support SOP lifecycle, document control, and company-wide training program
• Promote continuous improvement, audit readiness, and consistent quality practices

Drive Audit, Certification & Risk Management

• Oversee internal / external audits and client quality assessments
• Support structured risk management, reporting, and cross-functional alignment
• Partner with IT and Security on organizational controls and compliance posture

Build & Lead a High-Performing Team

• Build and develop a world-class Regulatory, Privacy & Quality organization.
• Foster a culture centered on integrity, accountability, and excellence.

Who You Are

• Have a strong background in compliance, regulatory affairs, privacy, or quality within digital health, health data technology, clinical research, medtech, or similar regulated spaces
• Deep expertise in GDPR, HIPAA, and global health information governance.
• Proven leadership in QMS, policy management, ISO frameworks, and document control.
• Experience managing audits and regulatory engagements with enterprise clients.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable processes that empower the business.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

If you bring related experience in patient recruitment, that’s a plus—but not required. This role is open to candidates located on the U.S. East Coast or within Europe.
