Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President Product Manager within the Model Risk Governance and Review (MRGR) product team. You will shape products that enable governance across the firm, partnering with model risk experts, technologists, and designers to deliver scalable solutions at enterprise scale.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor a team of product associates while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives and user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Significant experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective partnerships.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap for key model risk products.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to design governance processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, operations, compliance and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure development is budgeted, prioritized, and delivered effectively.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate plans and progress.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product associates.
• Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Identify and mitigate issues impacting product development or delivery.
• Present recommendations to address critical dependencies and challenges.
• Provide user-group support and resolve product questions.
