Job summary

Responsibilities

• Produce, review and support policy documentation, endorsements, schedules, clauses, exclusions and proprietary wording builds.
• Advise underwriters on wording matters, including broker and market wordings, Cover holder reviews and appropriate referral points.
• Ensure wording activity is delivered in line with priorities, contract certainty requirements, internal standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product governance and other stakeholders to develop or modify policy wordings and resolve queries.
• Apply sound judgement and technical expertise to support decision making and risk management.
• Maintain awareness of market conditions affecting policy wordings and customer impacts.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including underwriters and brokers.
