The ideal candidate will design a platform connecting researchers and consumers while leveraging AI for enhanced discovery. Responsibilities include leading global product teams, implementing a modular platform strategy, and ensuring product delivery excellence through agile methodologies. The role requires strong product leadership and technical fluency. A balanced working model is offered with a commitment to work-in-person at least three days a week.

This role offers the opportunity to design a platform that connects researchers, learners, and institutions, creating value for both content creators and knowledge consumers. As a strategic leader, you will help define and implement a product vision that incorporatesAI-driven discovery, supportsnetwork effects, and prioritizestrust-by-designin academic research dissemination.

We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face. That's why we work in-person with each other, or with customers and partners, three days a week or more. When you’re not spending time together in one of our offices or other workplaces – like at conference – you get the flexibility and support to work from home or remotely.
The successful candidate will be able to utiliseour balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within acommutable distance of ourUKoffice locations, either Blackfriars, London or Milton Park, Oxfordshire to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location to collaborate as required. There isan expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
