A leading consulting firm is seeking a Vice President for their Procurement Transformation capability. This role involves business development, project delivery, and team leadership to enhance client operations. To drive both our growth and continued delivery success, we need a Vice President to help us grow our Procurement Transformation capability, including developing a pipeline of work, leading delivery programmes, honing our offerings and capabilities and developing our talent.
Our VPs bring vast breadth and depth of experience of building teams, shaping and delivering technology‑enabled transformation programmes and the ability to lead large teams in complex client environments.
As a Vice President, you will be part of the leadership of the Intelligent Industry capability unit. You will develop the pipeline of Procurement Transformation projects, lead a portfolio of projects and joint teams of consultants and clients within a broader programme. You will lead experienced delivery teams, helping clients to realise benefits and transform processes, operations and behaviours which will lead to improved efficiency, improved customer experience and improved business outcomes. You will manage consultants from a range of Capgemini practices to drive positive outcomes, while managing senior client stakeholders. You will work closely with technology delivery partners on behalf of our clients, bridging the gap between business and technology to deliver digitally‑enabled procurement solutions. You will actively promote Capgemini and Capgemini Invent within the client environment, support client and business development and internal activities that develop our consulting practice and our people.

We are looking for a leader with a strong consulting track record in selling and delivering Procurement Transformation programmes across multiple industry sectors. You will help our clients identify and deliver opportunities to digitise and optimise Procurement functions. You will have experience of the procurement issues faced in multiple industry sectors across the end‑to‑end procurement value chain (source to contract, purchase to pay and contract management). In particular, you will bring insights and knowledge of procurement transformation to enhance our client offerings, to enable effective delivery, coaching of the client and development of consulting teams. You will have deep experience of the transformation programme lifecycle from strategy to implementation. You will be able to demonstrate an active and well‑informed knowledge of the procurement function and have an opinion on key trends having worked in a major consultancy or strategy organisation.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
